Israeli airstrikes across southern and eastern Lebanon as well as in the southern suburbs of the capital Beirut killed at least 52 people and injured 154 others on Monday, according to Lebanese officials.

Over 28,500 people have also been displaced amid escalating tensions between Israel and Hezbollah.
