Zelenskyy: I just held a meeting of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine. There were reports from all representatives of our regions and major cities. The experience of this winter will serve as the basis for future decisions, namely: updating protection for infrastructure, logistics, major energy facilities, restoring facilities after Russian attacks, and ensuring additional energy capacity.
