A range of festivities and vibrant events were seen across China during the Chinese New Year holiday that culminated with the Lantern Festival.

A special event, "Our Festival: Lantern Festival," was held simultaneously in communities across China. In the historic city of Nanjing, east China's Jiangsu Province, the 40th edition of the Qinhuai Lantern Festival drew crowds. Further north in Harbin, the world's largest ice-and-snow theme park opened its gates, offering thrilling attractions like the super ice slide and a snowflake Ferris wheel. In the south, a dazzling drone light show filled the sky over the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Meanwhile in Shexian County, the nation's intangible cultural heritage came to life as colorful fish lanterns paraded through streets and lanes.
