To celebrate Lantern Festival on March 3, Miao people in Taijiang, Guizhou held their traditional Spark-Breathing Dragon Dance celebration, turning the local streets into a sea of fire and jubilation. As a national intangible cultural heritage with a history of over 300 years, it's known as the "Game of the Brave." Dozens of auspicious dragons weaved through the streets and alleys, baptized by spectacular fireworks. Countless sparks burst into the air, drawing huge crowds and creating a citywide carnival. Through this most passionate and spectacular Miao folk custom, people celebrated the Lantern Festival and prayed for a bountiful harvest and favorable weather as well as national peace and prosperity in the new year.
