How mega-facilities like LHAASO drive scientific breakthroughs

As China embarks on a new chapter of development, groundwork is underway for the next Five-Year Plan. High on the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau in Daocheng, southwest China's Sichuan Province, at an altitude of over 4,400 meters, stands one of the world's most advanced cosmic ray observatories – the Large High Altitude Air Shower Observatory, or LHAASO. CGTN's Liu Jiaxin takes us inside LHAASO to find out how mega facilities like LHAASO are driving scientific breakthroughs.
