Koulivand, head of the Red Crescent Society: In total, 3,643 civilian centers were damaged during these attacks, including 3,090 residential homes, 528 commercial and service centers, 14 medical and pharmaceutical centers, and 9 Red Crescent centers. Several operational relief vehicles were also damaged in these attacks.
