In China's remote Dulong Valley lives one of the country's smallest – and once extremely impoverished – communities, the Dulong ethnic group.

But after more than a decade of hard work, women here are turning an ancient weaving tradition into new opportunities. Through a long-term partnership with a Shanghai-based fashion company, their craft is bringing income, confidence and new possibilities to the valley.
