At just 13, Mingkyi Tsomo dreamed of becoming a doctor after witnessing the challenges her community faced in accessing healthcare. Today, she serves as a national political advisor and professor, witnessing the remarkable improvements in healthcare across southwest China's Xizang Autonomous Region. She hopes to bring the ancient knowledge of Tibetan medicine from Xizang to millions of people and onto the global stage.
