Chinese President Xi Jinping's special representative, Vice Premier Zhang Guoqing, member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, will visit France from March 9 to 12 for the second Nuclear Energy Summit, a Foreign Ministry spokesperson announced on Monday.

The second Nuclear Energy Summit will be held by the French government in Paris, following the inaugural summit in Brussels in 2024.
