Syria has announced it will allow staff from the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) to transit through its territory in response to the humanitarian situation in Lebanon, in coordination with the Syrian Arab Red Crescent, to facilitate travel procedures and ensure their safety. - reports
