What's next for China's deep-space exploration?

In an interview with CGTN, National People's Congress deputy Sun Zezhou, a researcher at the China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation, outlined China's deep-space exploration missions that lies ahead.

According to Sun, the Tianwen-2 mission has started its journey to collect samples from near-Earth asteroids and transport them to Earth. Looking further ahead, the Tianwen-3 mission aims to bring back samples from Mars, while the Tianwen-4 mission will explore Jupiter. International cooperation will continue, with room for international payloads on future missions, he added.
