Iran's military said on Wednesday that it is ending its previous "proportional retaliation" policy and will now carry out a "continuous strikes" strategy – launching consecutive attacks rather than one-for-one.

A spokesperson for Tehran's Khatam al-Anbiya military command headquarters warned that any ships or oil cargoes belonging to the United States, Israel, or their partners are considered legitimate targets for Iranian forces.
