The American Chamber of Commerce in South China released its 2026 Special Report on the State of Business in South China on Tuesday in Guangzhou, offering a comprehensive snapshot of the region's business climate and insights into key development trends.
A total of 426 companies participated in the survey, and respondents expressed a generally positive outlook on the future of US-China economic relations. 95 percent of them will maintain operations in China, and 45 percent of them ranked China as their top global investment priority, representing a notable 6 percentage point increase from 2024.
