China and the United States will hold economic and trade talks in France on March 14-17, the Chinese Ministry of Commerce announced on Friday.
In response to a media query about the sixth round of China-US economic and trade consultations, a spokesperson for the ministry said in a statement that, as agreed by both sides, Chinese Vice Premier He Lifeng, also a member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, will lead the Chinese delegation for the talks.
China and the US will take the important common understandings reached between the two heads of state during their meeting in Busan and their phone conversations as guidance, and hold consultations on economic and trade issues of mutual concern, said the spokesperson.
