Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) announced that its navy launched three waves of missile and drone attacks at dawn as part of the 49th wave of Operation True Promise 4, striking US bases in the region including Al Dhafra Air Base, Sheikh Isa Air Base, and Al-Adairi Helicopter Base.

The IRGC further stated that the Strait of Hormuz is under its "full and intelligent control," warning that the transit of oil tankers and commercial vessels belonging to "the aggressors and their allies" remains prohibited.
