A fire erupted at a petroleum facility in Fujairah, an emirate of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), following a drone attack, authorities said on Monday.

Officials confirmed the blaze broke out at the industrial site, with no injuries reported. Civil defense teams are responding to the incident, according to local media. 

Authorities also said that on Saturday a fire broke out in Fujairah after debris fell following the interception of an unmanned aerial vehicle by air defense systems.
