Chinese President Xi Jinping met with National Leader of the Turkmen People and Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov in Beijing on Wednesday. Noting the shared symbolism of the Year of the Horse, Xi said he is ready to work together with the Turkmen leader to advance China–Turkmenistan relations with strong momentum and forward drive.
