The world's largest electronic-grade fiberglass production line was launched on March 18 in Huai'an City, east China's Jiangsu Province. With an annual capacity of 390 million meters, representing 9 percent of the global market, the project signifies a breakthrough in zero-carbon, smart manufacturing.
Powered entirely by renewable energy, the facility is supported by a 233-megawatt wind farm that generates over 600 million kilowatt-hours annually. The high-performance materials produced here will support industries such as new energy vehicles, the photovoltaic industry, and the low-altitude economy, providing essential raw materials for the development of AI servers, high-performance computing chips, and high-frequency communication technologies.
