A dialogue themed "China in Springtime: China's Development Opportunities for the World" was held in Moscow on Thursday, bringing together officials, scholars and media representatives from China and Russia.
The event was co-hosted by the China Media Group (CMG) and the China Cultural Center in Moscow, with around 200 guests attending.
Participants discussed high-quality development, artificial intelligence governance, economic cooperation and people-to-people exchanges, aiming to build consensus and explore shared opportunities.

Experts, including Alexey Maslov, director of the Institute of Asian and African Studies at Moscow State University, said China's focus on technological innovation and new quality productive forces creates new opportunities for bilateral cooperation.
The event also featured discussions among youth representatives on education cooperation, as 2026-2027 marks the China-Russia Years of Education, further underpinning the high-quality development of bilateral ties.
Russia should align more precisely with China's development plans, integrate the two countries' resource, market and technological strengths, and jointly foster new drivers of cooperation growth, Maslov noted.
