With 21,000 camels, including 16,000 females, about 6,000 are currently calving. The industry benefits from government support — such as land, water, and electricity infrastructure — enabling large-scale breeding and higher milk production. Sales are expected to exceed 760 million yuan in 2026, driving continued economic growth for local herders.
