Scooter rider helps fallen elderly man in China

When an elderly man fell in the street in Hefei, east China's Anhui Province, a young woman on her scooter immediately stopped to help. Other passersby and traffic police quickly joined in. The man was taken to hospital and has since been discharged in good health.
