Jeffrey Sachs: Iran conflict 'irrational and misguided,' no end in sight

Jeffrey Sachs, a professor at Columbia University, says the Iran conflict is inherently irrational and has not unfolded as the United States and Israel expected, adding that it is also politically unfavorable for President Donald Trump. He described the situation as a "very dangerous misadventure" based on the flawed assumption that a single strike could change the situation in Iran.
