Xi Jinping, general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, on Monday inspected the Xiongan New Area in north China's Hebei Province. Xi viewed construction progress in the start-up zone and visited China Huaneng Group Co., Ltd. and the Xiongan campus of Beijing No. 4 High School to learn about the development of the Xiongan New Area.
