Global Stringer

The Boao Forum for Asia Annual Conference 2026 is being held in Boao, Hainan from March 24 to 27. Under the theme "Shaping a Shared Future: New Dynamics, New Opportunities, New Cooperation," this year's conference features four core topics and includes nearly 50 side events.

In this video, Ngoc Ha Bui, a Vietnamese student studying Journalism and Communication at Tsinghua University, shares her observations and reflections on youth cooperation and opportunities. Born in a Vietnamese province bordering China, she has been deeply influenced by cross-border cultural and economic exchanges since childhood. From learning Chinese in high school to receiving multiple scholarships to pursue further studies in China, her growth journey is a vivid reflection of educational cooperation in Asia. Ngoc Ha Bui believes that young people today are not only beneficiaries of regional cooperation but should also serve as participants and bridges in cross-cultural communication. After graduation, she hopes to continue working in international communication and cultural exchange.
