The Chinese gaming market got off to a steady start in the first quarter of 2026. According to Gamma Data, the domestic market revenue reached 4.705 billion U.S. dollar in January, a year-on-year increase of 4.47%. The overseas expansion strategy continues to bear fruit, with revenue from self-developed games in international markets hitting $2.077 billion, a remarkable surge of 24.05% annually.

This new generation of games is driving breakthroughs in graphics processing and hardware performance, emerging as a vital bridge that links technological innovation with cultural expression.
