China's Special Envoy on Middle East Affairs Zhai Jun has recently conducted shuttle diplomacy across several countries in the region. Zhai briefed the media on Monday and answered a question from CGTN about tensions in Iran. Zhai shared that China's position has remained consistent since the outbreak of the military operations, calling for resolving disputes through dialogue and negotiation, stressing the importance of political and diplomatic solutions. China has also urged all parties concerned to immediately halt military actions and prevent the situation from spiraling out of control.
