In Toksun County, the heart of Turpan's apricot-growing region, nearly 6,000 hectares of orchards have been transformed into a breathtaking sea of white and pink blossoms. This year's apricot blossom season features 26 curated activities — including cultural performances, folk parades, and "Apricot Flower Fairy" dances — designed to immerse visitors in local traditions. With overnight and morning trains added between Urumqi and Turpan, travelers can easily join in with the festivities, which run through April 10.
