A high-level dialogue themed "Injecting Certainty into an Uncertain World" is held at the Boao Forum for Asia Annual Conference 2026 in Boao, Hainan Province, moderated by CGTN host Tian Wei. Qu Dongyu, Director-General of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), addressed the dialogue. He stressed that agricultural systems are key to injecting certainty into an uncertain world through coordination, transparency, predictability, as well as genuine partnership and concrete action.
