A high-level dialogue titled "Injecting Certainty into an Uncertain World" took place at the Boao Forum for Asia Annual Conference 2026 in Boao, Hainan Province, moderated by CGTN host Tian Wei. Qu Dongyu, director-general of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), participated in the dialogue. He emphasized that agricultural systems are essential for injecting certainty into an uncertain world through coordination, transparency, predictability, and genuine partnership and concrete action.
