The Israeli military killed the commander of Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Navy, Alireza Tangsiri, Israeli state media reported on Thursday.

Tangsiri was killed in an Israeli air strike on an Iranian naval base in the southern port city of Bandar Abbas, Israel's state-owned Kan TV news reported, citing an Israeli official.
