Hong Kong LegCo member Lee Tsz-king told CMG in an exclusive interview that Western countries have been smearing China with their so-called "human rights, morality and democracy" narratives. He said he hopes to speak out on international platforms to expose the hypocrisy and double standards of these countries on human rights issues.

Lee noted that a growing number of people around the world are recognizing China's positive contributions to the global community. This shift in perspective, he said, is what drives his efforts to speak out.
