Zelenskyy: We discussed the priorities of the Irish presidency in the EU in the second half of this year with Helen McEntee, the Irish Minister for Foreign Affairs, Trade and Defence. It is very important for Ukraine that the principle of opening clusters for a country that fulfils its obligations finally comes into effect.
