Speaking at a UN Security Council meeting on cooperation between the UN and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), Fu also said China does not agree with Iran's attacks on GCC countries, condemned indiscriminate attacks on civilians and non-military targets, and stressed that shipping lanes must remain safe.
