On April 3, World Health Organization chief Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus sounded the alarm over a series of strikes targeting healthcare infrastructure in Iran. Among the sites hit is the newly built Delaram Sina Psychiatric Hospital, one of at least 20 facilities he says have been affected since March 1. Windows were blown out, power systems disabled and medical staff fled fearing for their safety. CGTN's Sepehr Saremi visited the hospital to capture the scale of the damage.
