More than three million people have been displaced within Iran as the US-Israel-Iran war enters its second month, sending shockwaves across the region. In an exclusive interview with CGTN's Wang Guan, UNHCR's representative in Lebanon, Karolina Lindholm Billing, described a rapidly worsening situation, with widespread attacks, evacuation orders and civilians fleeing in panic with almost nothing, some even escaping their homes in their pajamas.
