Solly Mapaila, general secretary of the South African Communist Party (SACP), shares a transformative story from Lxopo village in KwaZulu-Natal. Confronted with a community sharing a single well with livestock, the SACP didn't just offer sympathy – they brought in engineers and experts to build separate clean water tanks and washing basins.
