Eight producers in the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) and its allies, known as OPEC+, said they will raise oil output by 206,000 barrels per day in May, continuing the gradual phase-out of voluntary cuts. The decision was announced after a meeting involving Saudi Arabia, Russia, the UAE, Iraq, Kuwait, Kazakhstan, Algeria and Oman.
