The commander of the 45th Air Force and Air Defense Army of the Northern Fleet, Alexander Otrushchenko, died in the crash of the Russian Defense Ministry's An-26 transport aircraft in Crimea on March 31, Russian media reported citing the governor of the Murmansk region.
