Recently, at Xingqing Palace Park in Xi'an City, northwest China's Shaanxi Province, a woman and a child fell into the water and struggled to stay afloat. In a quick-thinking moment, another woman used her jacket as a makeshift rope to pull them safely to shore. Both were later checked and found to be in stable condition.
