Synagogue destroyed in Israeli strike on Iran

The Rafi-Nia Synagogue in Iran was destroyed during the Jewish holiday of Passover following an Israeli airstrike on Tehran on Tuesday.

The Israeli military confirmed it struck an area near Palestine Square in Iran's capital, Tehran, where the synagogue was located. Tel Aviv described the incident as "collateral damage."

Speaking at the site, a Jewish-Iranian former MP condemned the attack.
