Lebanon's Hezbollah group said early Thursday it fired rockets at northern Israel in response to "the violation of the ceasefire agreement."
The group said it had committed to the ceasefire but the Israeli side did not. The response will continue until "the aggression against our country and people ceases," the group added.
The Israeli army on Wednesday launched what it call "the largest coordinated strike across Lebanon" since the start of its "Operation Roaring Lion," Israel's name for its military action against Iran, targeting more than 100 Hezbollah command centers and military sites.
