China's Ocean Geology 2 has completed its 33rd 30-day deep-sea expedition with fruitful results. Around 100 researchers used the domestically developed Haima ROV to deploy and recover instruments and collect samples. The data collected supports research into deep-sea geological disasters and resource exploration. A 10,000-meter ultra-clean seawater sampling winch also successfully completed testing.
