The Chinese mainland unveiled policies and measures to boost cross-Strait exchanges and cooperation. Xia Lu, associate professor at the School of CPC History and Party Building at Renmin University of China, said the policies and measures introduced by the Chinese mainland can promote shared development and prosperity across the Strait.
