A full-scale test run for the 2026 humanoid robot half-marathon was completed overnight from April 11 to 12 in Beijing, China. The rehearsal validated operational readiness for the official race, covering key areas such as course navigation, process and equipment coordination and emergency response. More than 70 registered teams, including four international entries, participated in the nighttime trial, featuring both autonomously navigated and remote-controlled robots.
