China has deployed embodied AI robots in high-risk environments, marking progress in intelligent equipment development.

In Tangshan, north China's Hebei Province, a humanoid dual-arm robot with magnetic wall-climbing capability is now being used for hazardous tasks such as welding, inspection and rust removal on tanks, ships and energy facilities, with cable power enabling continuous operation.

A land-based inspection robot has also been introduced, featuring a flexible six-axis robotic arm to handle emergencies such as fires or toxic gas leaks.
