'No one lives here': Beirut's southern district left in ruins

In Al-Dahiyeh al-Janubiyah in Beirut, months of strikes have left entire neighborhoods heavily damaged and largely deserted. Residents who occasionally return say they only come briefly to check their homes and retrieve belongings out of fear.
