Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban conceded defeat after Peter Magyar's Tisza party won the parliamentary election, ending Orban's 16 years in power. With more than 90 percent of precincts counted, Tisza was projected to win 138 of 199 seats, securing a two-thirds majority in parliament. Magyar called the result a "historic mandate to govern," while supporters celebrated in Budapest.
