Chinese President Xi Jinping on Tuesday met with Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez, who is in Beijing on an official visit to China. Xi said that China and Spain should strengthen communication, consolidate mutual trust and deepen cooperation. He called on both sides to oppose a return of the world to "law of the jungle," uphold true multilateralism and safeguard global peace and development.
