CGTN spoke with Juan Jose Munoz Coronado, chief health officer of Spanish pharmaceutical and wellness company Bechi. He said that the "Healthy China 2030" blueprint has established a national commitment to public health, giving health product companies more chances. As a company with a wide range of products for various pathologies, Bechi is positioned to support this vision. 

He emphasized that high-level diplomatic engagement – including visits by King Felipe VI and Queen Letizia of Spain to the CIIE and multiple trips by Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez – has been instrumental in strengthening bilateral bonds. These strong ties have bolstered the confidence of Spanish firms already operating in China, encouraging them to expand their footprint. Ultimately, he views the future of China-Spain collaboration as highly positive.
