The astonishing chain of events was sparked by chance in 1971 and led to a major shift in China-US relations.

Zheng Minzhi was a member of the China team back then. And she hopes the spirit of Ping-Pong Diplomacy can continue by placing a greater emphasis on youth exchange programs.
